Your domain name is your online identity.  Just as you don't need to inform the phone company each year that you would like to keep your phone number, you do not need to let us know that you would like to keep your domain name each year.*

• Domain renewals will be processed automatically each year, 1 month prior to the domain's expiration date.
• Customers of Indiana Data Center will be invoiced at least 2 months prior to the domain's expiration date. This gives you 30 days to pay the invoice before the domain is automatically renewed.
• If you do not contact Indiana Data Center within the 30 day window of being invoiced for a domain renewal, the domain will be renewed and the invoice is required to be paid.
• The customer, at any time, can request that their domain not be renewed at its next expiration date.
• It is your responsibility to keep the domain information current. Be certain to update your domain information, your name, address, phone or email info when changes occur.

Your domain being registered with Indiana Data Center (through OpenSRS) constitutes your understanding and agreement with this policy.

*All information contained in this policy is applicable to domains using Indiana Data Center as the reseller through OpenSRS, as the registrar company. A large portion of web sites Indiana Data Center hosts are registered in this way.
