Cancellation Policy
For all customers:
Please write or email your request for cancellation of services. Upon requested date of cancellation, INDDC will remove all services from your account as requested. Please keep in mind that most hosting and internet service plans include email accounts. If you plan to continue to use your email accounts with us, you must specify that. This will require that we continue to bill you for the email accounts.
For customers with web hosting:
Please keep in mind that on the date you have requested that your hosting be terminated, we will remove your site from our servers. Make sure you have a copy of your site, including your latest changes.
For customers with month-to-month services:
Month-to-month service charges will not be refunded for the remaining portion of the month. Please write or email requesting the date you would like service to end. 30 days notice is required.
